YEC India
For children living in the Indian slum "Sanjay Colony"
We hold online English conversation classes every Saturday from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
Starting in March 2025, we will partner with the local NGO Reality Gives to provide lessons.
Small group English conversation lessons
We currently teach 11 students in small groups of 2 or 3 students to 2 instructors .
The activity is
・Thinking about lines for a four-panel comic
・Explaining photos and pictures
・Games such as Hangman, eye spy, etc.
along with casual conversations!
Fundraising
At the school festival, we sold handmade friendship bracelets and bath bombs, raising a total of over 51,000 yen, all of which was donated to our partner NGO, Reality Gives.
